What do you need to get married in St. Lucia?
(Non-English documents must be translated into English and bear an Official Stamp)
- Valid Passports
- Birth Certificates
- Original of the proof of Decree Absolute if either party is divorced. A certified/notarized copy must be obtained, if the decree is not an original one.
- Original Death Certificate in the case of a widow/widower
- Original proof if name has been changed by Deed Poll
- If one of the partners is under the age of 18, evidence of consent of parents is required in the form of a sworn affidavit stamped by a Notary Public
